tasting techniques.
Brief historical introduction to the wine
and Chianti, outline of working in vineyards and olive-yards,
wine making and cellars, oil pressing techniques and use of glasses
according to wines.
Tasting of four prestigious wines
and of a smelling extra virgin olive oil, made by selected Tuscan
producers. The sensorial analysis follows through visual, olfactory
and tasting exam. The tasting will be served with Tuscan
salami, canapés and bruschetta
