Our database will accept a reservation on the basis of the availability of the hotel or apartments.

The reservation will be confirmed by FlorenceWelcome.com after the payment of the deposit. The terms and methods of the payment are as follows:

All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to 10% of the total amount (20% for the apartments) for the entire stay upon reservation. This payment can be made with credit card through our secure system. The confirmation of the booking will be sent only and exclusively after the payment of this deposit. The total amount will be debited 09 days before date of arrival.

In the event of a cancellation, FlorenceWelcome.com is to be notified by fax or email as soon a possible and prior to the date of arrival.

The cancellation charges will be calculated as follows:
- from confirmation to 10 days prior to arrival cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount
- Between 9 days and 1 day before arrival: the cost of 2 nights
- No show: 100% charge.

The terms and methods of the payment for the apartments are as follows:
We will debit 20% of the total amount as confirmatory and the settlement 10 days before your arrival.

Upon receipt of your 20% confirmatory we will send you a Voucher indicating the place and time of key delivery and the terms of your reservation.

For the key delivery we kindly ask you to communicate us your mobile phone number and your arrival time in Venice. The meeting will be at the nearest public transport service stop or at the nearest dock if you decided to book a water-taxi.

In the event of late arrival, you will be charged a supplementary fee depending on the time: 30 Euros after 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 50 Euros after 11:00 PM. The supplementary fee must be paid cash at arrival.

In case of cancellation the following penalties will be charged:
Until 31 days before arrival: 20% of total amount
From 30 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total amount
From 14 days to 11 days before arrival: 75% of total amount
From 10 days to the arrival day: 100% of total amount

FlorenceWelcome.com is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances beyond one s control which shall include strike, natural calamities, disease, death, war (non exhaustive list), and consequently the client has to make the payment and undertake to cancel the booking following the cancellation policy on our Booking Terms and Conditions.

If USA Welcome LLC/FlorenceWelcome.com is not able to offer availablity for the accommodation required, it will offer an alternative hotel. All the hotel infomation will be sent to the client by mail. The reservation is valid for 48 hours and the clients can accept it or not. After 48 hours, the reservation will be declined automatically.

By confirming your reservation with FlorenceWelcome.com you agree to our term and conditions as outlined above. You acknowledge reading and accepting our cancellation policy as stated.
